What size luggage / bag can I store?
We accept all luggage & bagage sizes to be stored. We also allow prams, strollers, surf-boards, sporting equipment to be stored. Each item is charged as 1 bag (regardless of size).
Do I have to book online?
All bookings must be made online - with no exception. We are not able to accept payment of any kind at the storage location's. Our insurnace is only valid when the booking has been made online.
What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
Each of our location's has the opening hours shown on website. You're welcome to drop off and pick-up your bags at anytime during the opening hours.
How long can I leave my luggage?
You can store your luggage for minutes, hours, days or weeks. When booking onling, just enter your preferred drop-off and pick-up dates when booking online.
Can I cancel my booking?
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel before the drop-off date. To request a refund please reply to the booking confirmation email before the drop-off date.
